Innovative stripping system at the Strakonice location
ABL-TECHNIC has started operation of a state-of-the art thermal stripping system at the Strakonice location in the Czech Republic.
The new installation ensures efficient stripping of heavily coated painting aids, and parts which are not temperature-sensitive. For fast and thorough after-treatment, a conveyorised blasting system has been connected to the main installation. This means that parts can now be thermally stripped extremely effectively and economically in the Czech Republic, too.
The same type of installation is already being successfully deployed at other locations and has been optimised by ABL-TECHNIC’s own development department, allowing paint to be removed especially flexibly and, at the same time, in a manner which is kind to the environment, in the pyrolysis furnaces. The exhaust gases are reduced to a minimum and an innovative method of heat recovery has been integrated.
