ABL-TECHNIC Portugal primarily specialises in the field of thermal stripping. Here, painting aids are thermally stripped using state-of-the-art processes and subsequently undergo after-treatment in a fully-automatic conveyorised blasting system. In doing so, ABL-TECHNIC will also make use of globally tried-and-tested ABL processes, technologies and logistical concepts in Portugal. This is the only way of fulfilling the high demands of the automotive industry.

The quick construction of the new location in Portugal was only possible thanks to the high level of expertise demonstrated by our employees as well as the accommodating nature of the local authorities in Vendas Novas and the Chamber of Commerce in Lisbon. ABL-TECHNIC is really looking forward to Portugal.

The same type of installation is already being successfully deployed at other locations and has been optimised by ABL-TECHNIC’s own development department, allowing paint to be removed especially flexibly and, at the same time, in a manner which is kind to the environment, in the pyrolysis furnaces. The exhaust gases are reduced to a minimum and an innovative method of heat recovery has been integrated.
