To remove paint from incorrectly coated parts as well as relatively thinly coated painting aids, ABL-TECHNIC has unique spray stripping systems at its disposal which are not commercially available.
In completely enclosed modules, paint is stripped from the parts in the first step. Several rinsing options are then available. The widespread concern regarding chemical paint stripping due to odor, spray residue etc. is therefore unfounded. 
Decentralized paint removal (e.g. directly by job-coaters at the site) means no more transport costs, which brings clear cost advantages.
An additional advantage is the increased availability and direct traceability of the parts at the customer’s site.
ABL-TECHNIC also handles the disposal of used chemicals and waste water.

We offer mobile high-pressure-water stripping plants in a container for skids with robots and for gratings as a conveyorised system.
