Heat recovery
For sustainable handling of energy, ABL-TECHNIC has provided the pyrolysis furnaces in its thermal installations throughout the world with an effective method of heat recovery. The exhaust gases from thermal afterburning – with a temperature of approx. 800°C – are used in a heat exchanger to heat the water in the heating circuit.
It is in this way, for example, that we heat the process baths in our chemical installations, without consuming additional energy. As well as the distinct reduction in gas and electricity consumption, pollutant emissions are lowered and costs saved.
