High-pressure-water stripping
High-pressure-water stripping removes coatings thoroughly from painting aids such as gratings, but also from special parts, with water pressure of up to 3500 bar. This method of paint stripping is not only extremely fast, it is also environmentally friendly: the process water is treated in our own, specially developed, waste water installations and returned to the water cycle, so conserving resources.
High-pressure-water stripping in our free-jet cabinets is particularly suitable for special parts which cannot be stripped thermally or chemically, or which are very bulky. We have automatic, conveyorised systems for heavily coated gratings or paint skids. In this case, we also offer a special in-house solution whereby a high-pressure-water stripping system is set up and operated at the customer’s site. The following types of installation are deployed:

|---|---|
| Installations | High-pressure-water free-jet cabinets |
